How Inclusive are we?

Undoing Exclusion

We are the Champions of DISABLED in Southeast Asia that Empowers, Enables and Enriches the ecosystem to be aware, inclusive and ensure equal opportunities for all.

Empower

We Empower the ecosystem to be more inclusive of persons with disabilities.

Empowerment is about giving persons with disabilities the skills, confidence, and leadership abilities they need to take control of their careers and lives.

Our programs focus on unlocking their potential and ensuring they are ready for the workplace and beyond.

iHIRE (Inclusive Hire) is a structured six month program to increase the cohort of inclusive hirers.

Enable

We Enable persons with disabilities to constantly upskill and cross skill themselves to stay relevant in the job market.

Enabling means creating an environment where persons with disabilities can thrive without limitations.

From advocating for accessible workplaces to evangelising and investing in the right assistive technology, we provide the support needed for dignified work.

Enrich

We Enrich persons with disbalities by helping them find a diginified livelihood.

We focus on the overall well-being and personal growth of persons with disabilities, ensuring that they lead fulfilling lives beyond the workplace.

We also work with sportspersons with disabilities to provide opportunities for development, and help navigate the administrative journey for those who want to make a career out of their passion

The UnExcluded Community

As a community, we strive to transform traditional perceptions of disability, advocating for diverse, inclusive habitation.

Our vision is an inclusive world where everyone's unique talents are valued.

Amplify

We provide advisory, mentorship and guidance to NGO founders and leaders to embrace corporate strategies for growth.

We also amplify NGO programs on out of home and social media.

Catalyse

Through our community engagement model, we remove siloed and limited opportunities to network and establish larger working relationships across borders.

We favour and facilitate open and transparent communications between corporates interested in CSR, policy makers, assistive/accessible solutions/tech providers, and match them with relevant programs and organisations.

Inclusivity

Our flagship event - The UnExcluded Series, is a week long festival that comprises a two day thought leadership conclave, marketplace for NGOs and assistive solutions, and a golf tournament for visually impaired and women professional golfers. We host this event in 6 cities across Southeast Asia.

We bring together NGOs and corporate leaders to exchange thoughts and ideas.

Undoing Exclusion
